Cultivars: Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne (Rhône-inspired blend)

Vineyard:

Three vineyards from a single property on the outskirts of Paarl.

Winemaking:

One third of the Grenache Blanc fermented on skins for seven days, then pressed. The remaining two thirds were destemmed, pressed and fermented naturally, then blended with the skin-contact portion. Marsanne and Roussanne co-fermented in 400 L French oak barrels. All three components aged for nine months on lees before final blending.

Tasting Notes:

Textural, complex and layered. Notes of stone fruit, honeysuckle, beeswax and citrus zest, with a subtle grip from Grenache Blanc. Rich mid-palate, fresh acidity and a dry mineral finish.
